GB Micro Electronics is proud to announce the acquisition of the company Documens Distribution

GB Micro Electronics has entered into an acquisition agreement with Documens Distribution which will allow the company to expand its offering to include a wide range of software products.

Following this agreement, GB Micro welcomes to its team the president and owner of Documens Distribution, Mr. Eric Charbonneau, recognized for his experience in security and educational software as well as for his high-level sales approach. Mr. Charbonneau will oversee the management and development of the new software division Documens by GB Micro and will join the current team to bring his expertise in several areas.

 Mr. Charbonneau's extensive experience in the software market, combined with the great distribution strengths of GB Micro, will allow us to continue the excellent service already established and expand the sales territory currently served.

The GB Micro team and Mr. Charbonneau both expressed their enthusiasm towards the future prospects created by this alliance of talents and skills. Current GB Micro customers will deal with a more diverse and even better equipped team to expand their product offering in the computer industry.
