Information on How to get a RA number (return autorisation)
If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, we will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts within the product, or the product itself, with items that are functionally equivalent to that as originally supplied, or better, during the warranty period defined for the product, please refer to our Warranty information section.
For the management of the guarantee, your product MUST be under warranty. Two replacement options are available for resellers :
- Advanced replacement (cross-ship)
We send the replacement product before receiving your defective product. You have 30 days to send us your defective product. To use this service, the product must qualify and credit terms are required (or a valid credit card is required. The credit card is used for the billing of the product that will be sent to replace, and will be credited upon return the defective part.)
- Regular replacement
We will send you the replacement product after receiving your defective product.
